I’ve had a bit of a tough year physically. I play men’s league baseball and broke a rib in early June. I got hit in the hand on Sunday August 16th, and got an avulsion fracture on my right index finger, which makes both hitting and pitching quite difficult. The doctor recommended 4-6 weeks of rest, but the playoffs are in 3 weeks and I’m hitting .405…. So we don’t have that much time.

It’s been 6 days since this happened, and the swelling is down a lot, although the finger is obviously quite sensitive. Below I’m going to detail my “regiment”.

“GLOW” peptide stack. BPC-157, GHK-CU & TB500

Topical magnesium spray on finger

150+ grams of daily protein

8+ hours of sleep a night

Currently not on any painkillers since I want to know how it actually feels, but I’ll take ibuprofen when I play to minimize discomfort
